An abandoned 1970s office building on the slope below Namsan was converted in 2018 into an independent exhibition space, keeping the concrete structure and adding a café, a shop and a roof terrace. The programme runs one major exhibition at a time, usually with an unusual subject and an ambitious installation.
It is privately run, deliberately small and consistently better staged than most of the institutional shows in the city.
