In short: cinalia sets no cookies, uses no analytics services, loads nothing from third-party servers and does not know who you are unless you write to us.

Server log files

Our hosting provider stores the usual technical data with every request (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security purposes and deletes it after a short time. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We do not analyze these logs for profiling.

Fonts, images, videos, maps and scripts

Everything on this site is served from our own domain. No Google Fonts, no external scripts, no embedded third-party maps or videos. The maps are drawn by our own code from public-domain outlines; they never contact a map service.

Calculators, checks and quiz

All calculators, the blood test check, the stress check, the supplement check and the longevity type quiz run in your browser. They store your inputs and your result in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there on your next visit. Nothing is transmitted to us, not even health information. You can delete this data at any time in your browser settings.

Sharing on social networks

The share buttons are plain links. Only when you click one does the respective network open in a new window and learn which page you want to share. When you open our pages, no network is contacted. Result images are drawn in your browser.

Programs, consultations, newsletter and contact

If you request a program or consultation, subscribe to the newsletter or use the contact form, we store the data you enter (name, email, if given phone, postcode and your details) to handle your request. Information about health, nutrition or sleep that you volunteer is a special category of personal data under Art. 9 GDPR; we process it only with your explicit consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps), Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 (1) (a) (newsletter). The data is stored on our server in Germany and sent by email to our editorial team. We do not pass it on to third parties. We delete requests no later than twelve months after completion, newsletter addresses when you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to info@cinalia.com. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Data Protection Commissioner of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
