Roppongi Art Night
One night in which the Roppongi museums stay open until dawn and the streets fill with installations
For one night each spring the museums of Roppongi stay open through to the morning, installations appear in the streets and plazas between them, and performances run continuously. The Mori, the National Art Center and the Suntory are all within walking distance, which makes the all-night format actually workable.
The street programme is free. The crowds are enormous and extremely orderly, which is Tokyo.
