The most important art fair in the world, in a city that clears its calendar for it
Around two hundred and eighty galleries from forty countries, in a Herzog and de Meuron hall, with Unlimited for works too large for a booth and Parcours spreading through the old town. The money and the museum curators are all here in the same week.
Basel also has the Fondation Beyeler, the Kunstmuseum and the Tinguely, which means the week is worth it even without a fair ticket.
