About cinalia

cinalia is a magazine about health, longevity and nutrition. No product sales in the text, no miracle capsules, but calculators that run in your browser and people who answer when you want to discuss your blood tests, your sleep or your nutrition in person.
The name
cinalia is an invented word. It sounds like vitality and like the long arc of a life. We write it in lower case because health needs no monument, only everyday practice.
Why this magazine
Health knowledge is scattered: a study here, an influencer there, a seven-minute doctor’s appointment somewhere else. cinalia gathers ten topics, twelve countries and twelve cities in one place and connects them with tools that turn knowledge into a decision: how much protein, when to go to bed, which blood value matters.
How we work
Our articles rest on guidelines of the medical societies, on recommendations of the WHO and national nutrition bodies, on large cohort studies and meta-analyses. Where we quote numbers, they are reference values as of 2026. We name no products and link to no vendors. When we praise or criticize a supplement, it is because of the evidence.
Not medical advice
cinalia does not replace a visit to your doctor. Our calculators and checks classify, they do not diagnose. With symptoms, abnormal values or before changing medication, talk to your doctor.
Programs and consultations
On the page Programs & consultations you can request a personal longevity plan, a blood test analysis, a nutrition plan, sleep coaching or a supplement consultation. People answer these requests, not machines, and they are without obligation.
The tools
All calculators, the blood test check, the stress check, the supplement check and the longevity type quiz run entirely in your browser. There is no tracking, no cookies and no third-party servers. What you enter stays with you.
Images and videos
The images and videos on cinalia illustrate our topics and were created for this magazine. They show no specific products, brands or people.
